- NFNathan Fox1 day ago1.0Only giving one star because I can’t do 0 lol this maccies is the worst… McFlurrys and milkshakes are always unavailable or the classic the machine is broken. Tables are always filthy and the staff walk around like zombies.
- HSHemn Salami2 days ago1.0Absolutely awful experience at this McDonald’s. I paid £15 in cash first, then only the remaining 27p was supposed to go on my card. Instead, the staff member charged the full amount to my card as well and kept insisting I never gave him the cash. I had to stand there arguing and explaining myself while he stayed completely confused. Only when the manager came over did they finally realise the mistake and give me my £15 back. On top of that, after waiting around 20 minutes in the queue, they still got my order wrong. I paid £15.27 for chicken selects and a large cheeseburger meal, but they gave me a small burger instead. Slow service, confused staff, wrong order, and wasting customers’ time and money. I will never come back to this McDonald’s again. Worst service I’ve had in a long time.
- LPLeanne P3 days ago1.0This is one of the worst McDonalds going, late at night. You can be waiting up to 40 mins at the Drive Thru, like we were this evening as well as the time before. The kitchen is kept really untidy and the staff seem chaotic. The fries are warm but dry and unsalted. I asked for and paid for Dips but they did not pack them. Too many Just Eat/Deliveroo/,Uber Eats waiting, imo destroying the "fast food"service. Definitely won't be visiting this branch again, even if absolutely desperate.
- RBRose BMay 2, 20261.0Terrible McDonalds. No care taken at all. Food arrived mostly cold, barely wrapped (contents of happy meal all over the main bag and another burger half out of the wrapper). Missing items including fruit for happy meal, all sauces and straws for drinks. Awful. Ordered via just eat but they are no help and the restaurant is constantly engaged...probably due to the amount of complaints they receive.
